What size prints work best on the Scrapbook Page?
We built this page to easily fit two horizontal 4 x 6 photos but you can get as creative as you wish with the size and shape of the items you want to attach to this page.
How do you recommend attaching pictures and keepsakes to the Scrapbook Page?
We recommend using an acid-free double sided tape similar to this. If you are purchasing one of our journals as a gift, we recommend including some of our customized adhesives for a nice presentation.
What type of pen do you recommend using with your journals?
We recommend using a ball point pen, but any pen should work.
Can I make a change to my order once it's been placed?
Once an order is placed and your shipping label is created we unfortunately will not be able to make any changes or cancel orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Enter your International address to see the shipping rates. Please be advised that you are responsible for your country's customs/duties/delivery fees and delays when shipping outside the US. Our full shipping policy can be found here.
What should I do if my package gets lost?
Unfortunately, Archive Collection is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages once a tracking number is processed. If your package gets lost, we recommend filing a claim through USPS or going through your credit card company to receive a refund.
